Delete your account

You can delete your PennyDrive account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

1. From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the PennyDrive app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

2. By email (if you no longer have the app installed)

Send an email to support@pennydrive.in from the email address on your PennyDrive account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request".

We will verify your identity by replying from the registered email and complete deletion within the timelines below.

These records are kept in pseudonymised form where possible and are not used to re-identify or contact you.

6. Cancelling an active subscription

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or, on iOS, through Apple Subscription Settings. We do not have access to cancel store-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active store subscription, and we cannot refund charges that have already been billed by Apple or Google.
