What is cold storage, exactly?

Deep-archive storage for files you keep but rarely open. It costs a fraction to hold, which is the 75–85% saving. You still see previews of everything, and can pull back any original whenever you want.

Will I ever lose access to my files?

Never. Your files don't expire. Browse them as previews anytime, and pull back the original whenever you want. Once retrieved, it's yours on-device for good.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every file is encrypted on your phone before it uploads, and we store only the locked copy, which we cannot open. We can see file names, sizes, folder names and dates, which we need to run your account. Never sold, never used to train anything. Delete your account and data any time.

What are coins?

Coins pull files out of cold storage. Paid plans include a monthly bonus to cover it. Browsing previews and active storage are always free.

How is this cheaper than Google One or iCloud?
